Irish Language Plan for County Donegal 2016 - 2022 Public Consultation

Donegal County Council, in conjunction with a range of other Gaeltacht and Irish language organisations and agencies, are currently drafting an Irish Language Plan for County Donegal. This plan will promote and support the increased use of our native language in every area of daily life across the county in the years ahead.

The Council and its partner organisations are organising a series of public meetings throughout the county over the next three weeks and these meetings will involve a 30 minute overview, followed by a workshop for the discussion and collection of ideas and proposals.  Details of meetings are available at www.donegalcoco.ie .

You can also have your say on what should be included in this plan by making a written submission to: Plean Teanga 2016-2022, Oifig na Gaeilge, Comhairle Contae Dhún na nGall, Teach an Chontae, Leifear, Contae Dhún na nGall, or by email to [email protected], by Friday 10th June, 2016.

An online survey will also be available in the coming week via www.donegalcoco.ie.
